Return Policy
Please check your order when it arrives. Because our beverage ingredients are food products, opened or unsealed food items are not eligible for return.
- Report an order issue: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is damaged, leaking, defective, spoiled, incorrect or missing. Include your order number and clear photos where relevant, and wait for our team’s instructions before returning or disposing of the item.
- Other return requests: Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be considered within 14 days of delivery with prior approval. Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue resulted from our error or a product defect.
- Resolution: We review each reported issue and, where approved, may arrange a replacement, account credit or refund. We cannot accept return requests after 14 days.
To request a return or report an issue, please contact our team with your order details. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
